Breathtaking, monumentally beautiful place. Remote, rugged, exposed to the elements. Fascinating rock formations, rich habitat full of vegetation and wildlife. If you make your way there, take to heart the 'take only photos and leave only footsteps' rule, to keep this place unspoiled.
Accessible through a single track road (mind the sheep!) coming to an end at a small car park with a couple of spaces; then a short walk along a grassy path to get to the shore. No facilities nearby. Nearest toilets and grocery shop...
Read moreBeautiful beach 🤩🏖️- had a great time walking along it, very isolated yet it would definitely rival against the likes of Skegness; the path down follows from the ardlanish car park just at the top, and is pretty rough so bring walking boots— also make sure to come down at midday as there is a bypass down the side of a cliff which leads to an extension of the beach, empty of people and private for those couples out there. Plus, we found some odd rocks along the shore, so morning scavenges beware for grand...
