Read moreVery disappointing even though rain was forecast many people arrived and weathered the heavy rain. I spoke to a exhibitor who like me noticed how few exhibits and stalls there were. We walked around the food area many were closed due to the weather and a exhibitor told us some of the exhibitors had not turned up, there was no sigh of the donkeys or poultry and very few stalls. We have been to the show every year for 21 years and it has lost the country show appeal with fewer animal, horticultural and agricultural content.
