It’s ok. But not great. Rush is far superior imo. Positives - it’s clean and staff are friendly. First gripe - we went as a family of 8. With 1x 2 year old. But the 2 year old couldn’t go on. So only 6 of us went on while 1 of us stayed out with the toddler. Other trampoline parks I go to have toddler sections. This one had 1 but was left deflated. It was quiet when we went. Why don’t you allow toddlers at any time in their section like other trampoline parks do? There’s a lot of dead space here between sections. There is space to cater more for toddlers. 2nd gripe - only opening the airbag for 2 15min intervals during the session. Makes no sense when there is the staff numbers to man it. 3rd gripe - broken equipment. Only 1 pair of ‘speed/reaction’ games. Went to play against someone else but there was a broken button on it (top one of the right pad) which rendered it pointless. The other interactive pad one in kids bit wasn’t working either. All in all it’s ok but for over £80 for 1hr for our family I was expecting better and there is much better out there. Used to be able to source discounts (Bluelight or kidspass) which could make this worthwhile still but they’ve stopped that now.

We invisited today 11am-2pm as a party of 4 2 adults and 2 children Paid for 2 hour bounce for the children and then used your VIP meal options to feed us we ate after bounce at 1pm children had pizza and slushy which they had to share a adults pizza as they ran out of children bases... slushy was not frozen and the ice cream was a small tub of vanilla not a scoop of a flavoured ice cream... doesnt say any of this on the menu... And the adult VIP meal is a joke... We had panni which didnt come with nachos and bottle of drink at £3 and a small tub of ice cream... The panni was lovely no problem there and the pizza was nice but the price of food needs looking at... yes I totally expect to pay over price at places like this but when advised as one thing and not getting what you ordered is the joke... Added photo of the vip menu which are on the website still as am writing this so it's not an old menu

We were first timers here today and we had a great time. The staff are professional and fun and there's plenty of them to hand. There's lots of room and things for the kids to do. I was very impressed with how you can see every bit of the park from the viewing area so you can comfortably sit back and watch with a coffee if not bouncing yourself! You can get jugs of tap water too, so you don't have to buy drinks which keeps the cost down 👌 It would have been a 5 star review from me but the kids have been to other parks and said there was more stuff there, knocked a point of for that but I honestly wouldn't let that put you off it was great. We'll definitely be going back! Probably next week 👍

I wish I had seen the other reviews before planning a birthday party here. I gave one star because I wanted my kid to enjoy his/her birthday and ALSO FEEL SPECIAL ON THEIR SPECIAL DAY. We had booked this place more than a month before but when we arrived It took them 15 minutes to give us a dedicated party host. And then next 10-15 minutes for the prep.(prep time can be understood) So 20-25 minutes wait overall. The party host didnt even bother to ask whos is the birthday kid, was barely talking much, no talking to kids or to the birthday kid, she just took us in, showed us the tables and left for an hour then came back to remind that play time was over and everyone should now go to the cake cutting room, showed us the boring darkened room(dark grey walls)and left. The room had no music, no party decoration, no special place for birthday kid to sit on etc. Didn't play a birthday song for the birthday kid like on the speaker. At least could have shown the sitting arrangement for the kids with birthday kid in the middle or front. Returned only to deliver pizzas( 1 of them burnt and hard for the kids, which ended up in front of the birthday kid and a friend) and tortillas/other stuff etc. When we asked for more plates, she gave us a look that we are asking for a big favour, and took so much time that one of the parents had to go for fetching plates from their kitchen. By the time she returned other kids would have almost finished eating their portions while couple of them still waiting for their plates (had other parent not gone to get plates).

She just left us all alone in that dark room, no talking to kids, no singing birthday song with kids, no entertaining even for a minute for the party event, for which we booked the place. Didn't even care asking the birthday kid if he/she enjoyed. The birthday kid didn't have the experience we wanted them to have- to make them feel more special on their special day. This place may be good just for jumping but definitely not worth spending so much money hosting a birthday party here. As they do mention you will be given a separate party host but don't count on that it's just a member of staff helping on usual stuff like showing way, delivering food etc. Do not expect anything more than that. They could have done special appearance with birthday kid's favourite movie character, could have played a short birthday audio song clip.( how much does it cost when parents pay so much money for the party) Should seriously think about improving the birthday party room with more vibrant colours and birthday decoration. There's wasn't any party feel at all to that room infact our houses would be much more beautiful, inviting and perfect for the party than those jail type rooms. My kid did have fun on the trampolines but sorry to say, for a birthday party it was really disappointing.

Disappointed! didn't get what we were looking for, for a...

My son had his birthday party here on Saturday, and the 'dedicated party host' was barely dedicated to being awake let alone running a kids party. Spent a lot of time hanging around doing nothing while we got signed in and waited to see the video (which is kind of expected), but then when we had seen the video, she didn't talk to the kids and just said quietly to my partner that we could go in now. So my partner had to take over and get the kids all together and hyped up for the party and advise them where to go. We suggested we get shown to our table first which was 'reserved' so the kids knew where to find us. That resulted in us walking between both seating areas three times for about 5-10 minutes as our reserved table had disappeared. The party host then took a table from another party, which resulted in them giving us daggers for the rest of the time. My partner went to speak to the manager and we were offered free drinks, and told the lady would be spoken too. Eventually we went for food in the party room, and we're introduced to a dark room with no lights on or music playing but got told we could put our own music on. Luckily the kids didn't mind the dark, the dedicated party host did nothing while we were in this room, no bringing the cake, no lighting it, no singing happy birthday, no keeping the kids happy, that all fell on my partner again. She did bring the food in, then left quickly. There were only two small jugs of squash for 10 children, which barely lasted the table before we had to request more. And instead of giving the free child ticket to the birthday child, she quietly gave it to us. Overall it was a disappointing experience, especially when we could see how passionate the other dedicated party host was with engaging to the children of the other party, The 'dedicated party host' didn't speak to any child once. Will not return again for a...

Only been here once and have never frequented their website. My kids were invited for a birthday party (6 & 10) and first impressions were very good. After a quick safety video they were let loose and could visit the various activities which were all supervised by a member of staff. Though every precaution is taken, it's inevitable small accidents will happen and they did 'frequently'. However, radios were used effectively so a supportive member of staff would swoop in to offer moral support to the afflicted which is most cases is a 2 min sit down and off they go again. A mezzanine floor stretches round the main hall offering a reassuring panoramic view to parents, this seating doubles up for the cafe which whilst limited did have cheap squash and nice cake. For the whole play session we felt comfortable letting their staff look after our little ones so a big win there 👍

Once they'd had their play time they moved to the party room for some pizza. They looked great and the kids seemed to enjoy them ALOT. However, while they were all still eating, they starting serving dessert! and shortly after that starting binning the pizzas! Not the odd slice either, full Domino's sized pizzas 😲Clearly desperate to get the next group in, what a waste. Overall, this part felt like a process and not like a party.

So would we visit again? Absolutely. Would we have a party here? Perhaps, if you can skip the party. Does it offer value for money? No idea, as we were invited 🙂 Would we recommend it to others? A big yes, it's a really great attraction and should definitely be visited, the kids...
