You can drive onto the beach and park anywhere (within reason and within boundaries). There are toilets near the main beach entrance. At busy times there will be ice cream vans around too. The beach is so large that there is plenty of room even when busy, if you want to find your own space. The sand is firm enough for beach games, walking, and of course for driving your car.
