Some idiot reversed into the front of my car and didn't have any decency to leave any details. It cost me nearly £900 to fix everything from a smashed bumper to a broken head, beam, and indicator light. They hit it with some force as its bent and damaged the metal frame underneath the car. Also, to top of the day, the place smelt like someone had died around the area, and there were a few white homeless people camping in different areas. I was speaking to one, a lad called Chris he was in the British forces for 5 years, and now he's down on his luck with mental health issues caused by 3 tours to iraq, something he now believes involved corrupt government members trying to get rich on oil and gold bullion. Read moreNice for a walk at twilight. Lots of bats flying around which is lovely. It's not very diverse- just meadows as the name suggests so not much to see but there's plenty of bird life. The views of the Mersey are quite good if you like photography. Very exposed in the sunshine so can be a bit too intense if you like shade. The pathway around Paddington lock is shady + is full of Bluebells in spring. Worth a walk if you fancy a bit...
