Good value for money. Pre-Booking is essential and mandatory. Car park is huge, so no worries or rush getting there. Car Park has belaying and completely unnecessary code system. I have never done anything other than drive in, park, drive out. I have no idea what the barriers and codes are for at all, don't be confused by this. Staff are friendly. The place is kept t clean, with constant attention from the staff. Coffee tastes okay. Food is okay, it great, expensive, but what eat-out food isn't nowadays, and while it is expensive, the price benchmarks well with other establishments. Although there is a Baby and Toddler section , as a parent of 4 daughters, I wouldn't recommend this place for children under 4, and even then not for children who are gentle and nice ... why? ... the large climbing adventure structure in the middle is huge, which is great, but your kid will not be visible to you while they are in there. You only have to venture in there searching for your kid once on a busy day, and you will witness all sorts of scenarios where kids are fighting, hitting, generally being instinctively driven 4 to 6 year olds in there acting how they do when bo adult is watching them. Its like Lord of the Flies in there. So don't take a child that can't stick up for themselves, they'll be eaten alive.

My 3 year old loved this place that's why it gets 4 stars. Food was nice too. Only draw backs is they don't get long on the trampoline my son got bored very quickly and wanted to go back out to the play area not allowed it once they go out. On a personal pov we came from Coventry so it was a fair journey still close to us but not sure if it would be worth going again for a big play area. They are very strict in the trampoline area also children under 5 are not allowed on the crash mat and you have to pay as an adult to jump on the trampoline with your child we didn't as we watched. Also have to watch a health and safety video on trampolining before you can enter on it. As I say for the kids I'm sure they will enjoy it but if you are driving more than 40 mins I would try something else

It's huge! There is loads to do! Aswell as the massive soft play area there is a separate trampolining area which you get to book one half hour slot per child with one of the package deals. Quite pricey compared to some other soft play areas I've been to and the queues for food and drinks were ridiculous service was very slow I had 5 people Infront of me and waited 40mins before giving up as they had only served 2 people in this time. Was very busy when we went and we struggled for seating and the way the soft play area is layout it took us 20mins to find the 3yo child we took to tell him to come out even his older brother went in and couldn't find him so that became a worry but it all worked out ok in the end overall it's a nice day out for the kids and I would return

We visited this morning for the Early Bird VIP, which included a half hour bounce on the trampoline session, soft play and a meal for the children. We bought our 3 daughters and disabled son as a treat for my daughters 5th birthday. Booked the night before with ease, sounded great value for money, and a box I could complete to notify staff in advance of Sons disability. On arrival, checked in swiftly. Staff already aware of my sons needs and extremely accommodating, which is a rarity in a lot of places, even when I notify places in advance. Trampolining session was good for price. If you want proper trampolining then go to Jump In in Warwick, but for what this price included, I felt their equipment was good value for money. Staff also offered to turn disco lights off and sounds down for autistic son if needed which was very kind. Only annoyance... you had to buy their brand of socks due to "insurance". I'm sure all these places are the same. Just frustrating at £2 a pair on top of entry price. But hey, it's for the kids so, we did it anyway! Soft play was great. Kids had bags of fun. Equipment very clean, in good condition. Very safe for the children. Food, look- your not going to get top quality food at that price. The kids scoffed it down which to me means it's good. It came out with cold fish fingers and hot chips... but if your anything like me, eating a mouthful is an achievement for these hyper bunch of kids so it was a win when they ate it all! As for customer service. There were 3 or 4 staff (2 on the back counter) that really show how customer service should be. So polite, accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Its hard to come by these days and I hope management recognises their good little team of busy workers.

We will certainly be returning again and want to thank the staff for accommodating us so well and ensuring the children had a...

Awful place ,DOES NOT WORTH IT, will never go there again and will make sure everyone around me knows my experience so they could avoid disappointment . worst 9.50 pounds I ever spent . The website says book before you go which is totally unnecessary, that place is not even that packed that they cant let you in, they just want to pocket money from you in case you change your mind at the last minute or didnt show up or get killed driving there so they can get the money anyways (THROUGH THE NON REFUNDBLE PAYING SYSTEM) 2 EXTRA POUNDS FOR SUCKS (the bouncing area is not at all slippery so again to get money from you, if it was for safety then why dont they let you bring your own safety socks? ), 2 pounds for adults that technically just sit somewhere and order coffee, very unreasonable prices, cant get any food inside, (again to make you buy their own low quality food)

unfriendly staff ,angry for no reason, after I paid almost 10 pounds for my 4,5 years old kid, she wanted to do a little bounce in the trampoline area, 2 of the staff attacked us and asked us to leave, they are there to not to let you use the facilities, ONLY WANT TO PROTECT THE AREA FROM THE KIDS, YOU GET KICKED OUT RIGHT ON TIME TOO, poorly designed soft play area, low quality material in the small slide ,we barely made it to the end of the slide, small football pitch on the top ,twisty/confusing ways to get there, you feel hot and you feel lack of air in therr. MY ADVICE, DONT GO THERE, WONT WORTH IT, THERE ARE OTHER BETTER/CHEAPPER SOFT PLAYS TO ENTERTAIN...
