Birthday party booking! This was great and the weather turned out so well which made it even better.
The outside party was really clean considering itās a dog park and it was great.
There is a snack and drink van for the dogs and humans which was definitely needed which takes card and cash!
The road was atrocious and two people in different cars told me theyād damaged their cars getting there and had a bit of a nightmare because of the satnav but itās not BNBs fault just mentioning as itās useful to give extra time so you can drive slower.
The equipment was great and my dogs and all my friends dogs had a great time!!!
The reason for 3 stars: I paid Ā£95 in total for 9 dogs and the banners so when you consider that along with the below issues it warrants the 3 stars. But if youāre coming just your dog only itās only Ā£10 per dog I donāt think youād be as bothered about the issues below.
I messaged to query my booking and I was ignored and I emailed too and no one responded.
When I booked it I was under the understanding that itās inside and outside but it was only the outside and they guys told us we werenāt allowed to let our dogs in the inside and to make sure we kept the gate shut.
I was told after booking that Iād be given small party favours for all the dogs as it was the weekend booking and a party booking but the guy said they donāt get one. I was going to buy the party bags at Ā£5 each but didnāt because of this so it actually annoyed me because all the dogs left without a party favour - itās not about the money because I was willing to pay for them but was told they are already included so didnāt buy any.
With the banners as well you buy two but they donāt let you take them both home, they keep one and give you one.
Also there was no music or anything which it said you get a music boom box to play music so it wasnāt really the atmosphere I expected for the party. Itās great for just a play session for the dogs wouldnāt say it gave me the party feeling I hoped for though due to the above.
The toilet was gross and lots of the other dogs parents complained about to me as theyād driven over and hour and Iād told them there were toilets as I saw...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGreat place for private hire and group meet ups. We've been for both and had excellent times every visit. Private, you get the entire space to yourself with yours dogs/friends and the group/breed meetups you meet other dogs/owners at the same time for a free run play session. There are indoor and outdoor areas with plenty of tunnels, climbing frames, soft play climbing areas, obstacles, ball bits, splash pool, photo ops and even a bouncy castle. Loads to do but also plenty of space to run around with friends. Very clean and tidy considering there dogs all day every day. The indoor area does get very hot and humid on warm days and can smell a bit like dog (to be expected) but on these days you want to be outside anyway. That's my only constructive criticism would be if that area could be improved slightly, perhaps just some more airflow through would help. But honestly not at all enough reason to not attend and we won't hesitate to go again. Lovely little van offering refreshments for humans and doggies, with seating for humans to rest at while the dogs are having fun. We've not experienced any issues bringing our own squash or pop so there's no pressure to buy from them, just convenient. They do have a toilet for humans, but haven't used it and they were very open that it was very basic, like a portaloo kind of thing so bare in mind.
Very uneven surface on the drive up, just to be aware of, so you don't worry you're in the...
Read moreAlways been quite popular this when I have tried to book for my doggos. They were tired out afterwards they had a great time, there was everything they needed. There was toys for them to play with and carry around, bouncy castle, agility area, ball pits both and kids climbing frames for them to have a go at, well worth £20 for two dogs for the hour. Glad they have finally had a go and it went so well!
There was water and poo bags if you forgot your own and a little converted caravan for drinks and doggy treats to buy whilst they were playing, they had a great time. Having the option of outdoor with good weather was decent, it would be different if the weather wasnāt great I suppose however they did have an area āindoorsā that it basically outside covered with like their own made gazebo which was very hot but nice for them to go in out of full sun.
There is a dicey kind of back country road into it that is an uneven road and you have to be careful when driving it and need a higher car so you donāt cause any damage, the bridge is high and abit worrying what you will meet on the other side as there is no where to pull in if there is a car coming at you. However, itās easy find with signs when you reach the house/farm gates. Iām so glad they had artificial turf and it wasnāt a muddy area like I expected it could be, helped keep the dogs clean and the car on...
