A stunningly beautiful walk that is definitely worth experiencing. The cliffs themselves are breathtaking, with their rugged beauty and impressive height. However, it is important to note that the weather can change rapidly in this area, so it is advisable to pack warm clothes such as a sweatshirt in your backpack.

The initial part of the walk is uphill, but once you reach the top of the cliffs, the path levels out and becomes mostly flat. This makes it a comfortable stroll with plenty of opportunities to pause and take in the incredible views. The pathway itself is smooth and well-maintained, further enhancing the overall experience.

One thing to be cautious of, especially during colder weather, is that the wet paths can become icy. This may be a potential hazard, so it is important to exercise caution and wear appropriate footwear. Safety should always be a priority in...

A fantastic walk from Arbroath harbour to the Seaton Cliffs takes in some dramatic scenery and interesting geological features. Well worth taking in the route to Auchmithie where you will can reward yourself in the local cafe which has a great reputation.

The Seaton cliffs are well known for their red sandstone formations. On a sunny day the cliffs take on a gorgeous dark red hue which when contrasted with the grassy tops can make for truly beautiful photographs.

There is a well signposted path that leads along the top of the cliff edge. It is worth sticking to the new sections of the path that branch off from the old because of erosion of the cliffs make the old path dangerous.

Also worth noting that on a windy day extra caution must be taken particularly on the outcrops that reach...

The cliffs are a lovely walk on a nice sunny day. There are chances to take lovely photos with the cliffs and the sea. Some days we have found it to be quite misty, while visiting in December we caught rain and high winds - it was very cold and not very pleasant so timing is key. There is a pathway along the cliffs and there are places to walk off the path and onto the rocks for more exploring so comfy footwear is desirable. During an August trip, I noticed a lot of bird activity with some of the cliffs massively covered in bird droppings which was not a...

Stunning views, really peaceful and calm walk. Would be possible to take a wheelchair or buggy as the ground is decent and not much inclines. There is lots of little caves and adventures that you can go if feeling adventurous. Going off the path down the cliffs can be a bit daunting as some have really steep drops. Sea pool swimming possible if you make your way down to the bottom. Kayak cliffs tours are available and highly recommended. Massive park and parking at the start of the trial Overall well worth a visit if in arbroath you won't be disappointed
