Craige Waterfall in Scotland is a hidden gem that offers a serene and breathtaking escape into nature. Nestled amidst lush greenery and rugged landscapes, the waterfall feels like a peaceful oasis away from the bustling cities. The sound of cascading water combined with the picturesque surroundings creates a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for hikers and nature lovers alike.

The walk to the waterfall is as rewarding as the destination itself, with scenic trails that wind through Scotland’s iconic countryside. The area is rich with wildlife, and on a clear day, the views around the waterfall are simply stunning. Craige Waterfall may not be as well-known as some of Scotland’s larger tourist attractions, but its unspoiled beauty and peaceful ambiance make it a must-visit for anyone seeking a quieter, more intimate connection with nature. Whether you’re looking to take photographs, enjoy a picnic, or simply bask in the serenity, Craige Waterfall is a beautiful spot to add to your Scottish...

So am ashamed to say this is the first time I have visited this waterfall (didnt even know it existed) there is a car park just dow from the paisley golf course that takes you to a quarter of a mile walk way that's through rough wood land and is a type 1 surface all the way round so only advisable for the dab at handling your wheel chair users. Update. So I went the following day during the daytime and this path is not suitable in my opinion for wheel chair users at all. Daytime photos have been posted. It is not a lit walk way. I have attached pictures that were taken at semi night time. Well worth the walk right round to the foot of the water fall its lovely. Loads of cyclists use this path way too so be careful as some of them hills lead o to the walkway and they are coming down fast...

This was my first time here their is so many hikes you can do around this area, from the car park the water fall is very easy to find I had 3 kids 1 3 yr old 2 6 yr old, it can be very muddy in some spots so have a change of shoes to be on the safe side, lucky I had a change of clothes as my son fell so many times. before you take the stairs to the water fall if you go straight you will find 2 nice big lakes in between them their is a very lovely picnic area you will know when you have found it as there is a few benches and one is made out of a tree. after you have done the falls you can go to the car park in the sky it is an amazing view point of the city, you can ether walk to it but you have to check the walking time or you can drive to it. over all you can make a...

Its a lovely little park, perfect for a peaceful stroll, especially if you’re walking your dog. The soothing sounds of birds chirping and leaves rustling in the breeze are music to the ears, offering a welcome escape from the daily grind. There’s also a small water reservoir that adds to the charm. As for the so-called waterfall, don’t get your hopes up! it was barely more than a trickle! So if you’re expecting a dramatic cascade, you might be barking up the wrong tree. That said, if you live nearby and fancy a short forest-style walk - less than a mile, it’s a nice spot to stretch your legs and breathe in a bit of fresh air. Just don’t go out of your way expecting a grand adventure. The 3 stars are for the park and walking track.
