A great little carpark at the end of the peninsula. No public toilets here and it is a single track road. When you get to the gate go through ( close the gate after please) and you will find the car park a short distance on. However a grand short walk to the end, which can be muddy if it has rained. Please keep your dog under control as there can be cattle on the land. A brilliant view of Jura and Crinan can be had from this headland.

Wild landscape with peat bog and views out to small Islands across Loch Melfort approached down a single-track road with passing places. Car can be parked on hard standing at the end of the track.

Well worth the short trip down from Ardfern on the single track road to the car park at the end. Beautiful views out towards Jura. Just a very tranquil spot.
