This Place itself is nice but the tour for chocolate tasting i had was just okay as they don't take you for a tour of the kitchen or let you look at the machines from a close distance ... it's just you stand outside the kitchen and look through the window glass , that's it . Only reason dropped a star . Infact i thought they would let you see the whole process of chocloate making or atleast how the machines work . They charged 16£ for this tour . And everything else you order , will have to pay for it . I wish they can atleast include the kitchen in the tour as well which will make it more appealing and full of mesmerising experience . I feel so sad not to see the machines and chocolate making process . 😕 Waiting time was not huge and staff was extremely helping and friendly . They were dressed in a very nice manner . Which is so kind of them . They gave me a headphone and a mobile set which tells you the story in two parts ! First how and where they get cocoa beans and the other about individual pieces of chocolates that you will taste . It includes the description of the chocolates you are going to taste and the ingredients that has been used in it .

The decor was beautiful inside and outside as well . Tea room was beautifully decorated and the chairs were so comfortable . You can sit outside as well which is beautiful as well. 😍🤩 like the tea room as well. Toilet was clean as well which was indeed a nice thing to keep up. 🥰

Ordered a marbled hot chocolate which was made with dark and white chocolate and was thick and lush . Exquisite taste for a coffee 😋❤❤ loved it . It was a bit sugary though but tasted awesome... You can buy alot of beautiful carved chocloates there . I bought a dark hot chocolate pack which i got a discount after the tasting the chocolates package . Would love to go again and have that marbled hot...

This place is sublime! It is chocolate on a whole different level. Iain Burnett is a wizard and to fully appreciate his magic I would recommend you do one of the tours. The tours come at a price but they are such an education. To sit and listen to Ialn (on headphones) explain the subtleties of the different flavour chocolates is a real experience, similar to a fine whiskey tasting. The customer care is excellent. All the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and make you feel at home. The building is lovely and beautifully renovated. The exhibition area gives you an insight without overloading your grey cells. The shop really is a scream. A Mona Lisa in chocolate! And that is just one of the classics on the wall. There is also a Nokia in chocolate but that's another story. All the family loved it...so much that one of them wanted to move there....well, into the front garden to be accurate. The cafe is a chocolate wonderland and we all ended up tasting each others orders but....I had hot white chocolate and had to fight to keep it. Would we go again? Yes without hesitation and in fact it would be one of the many reasons for revisiting the area. Parking is onsite or across the road and access is level and good. Situated in Grandtully on the A827. In the area is the Pitochry Outdoor Activities if you wish to work off any...

First and foremost, this restaurant is a chocolate boutique! A place where you can savour genuine chocolate! Let me begin by saying that I am a person who is quite discerning when it comes to the quality of food, especially sweets and chocolates. And let me tell you, this place is my personal paradise! Whenever I visit, I always order their rich, dark chocolate. It's served in a small, steaming cup, and the aroma of this beverage is indescribable. All I can say is that you must try it if you have a passion for chocolate! Another must-try is their chocolate cake. Its taste is incomparable! The sponge is soft and moist, the cream is delicate yet light, and it has a wonderfully harmonious, slightly spicy flavour with a hint of bitterness. And to top it all off, it's covered in exquisite chocolate. I've been a fan of this cake for over 8 years now. The prices in this café perfectly match the quality of their desserts and services. I would like to extend my special thanks to the restaurant's staff. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time, and I always enjoy the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I often bring my friends and guests here, and their reactions are always a delight! If you ever find yourself in Scotland, this place is...

Your visit will be a fascinating way of exploring the history, taste, science, art and geography of high end chocolate production. Iain Burnett’s gentle but authoritative voice guides you through the little museum via an audio guide and on weekdays you can watch the chocolatiers at work via a window jnto the kitchen. He explains how he sources and makes his prize winning truffles. You also have the option to add a ‘chocolate tasting flight’ to your visit where you are guided through tasting a range of dark or fruit based (your choice- I have done both and can highly recommend either, there is enough to chose both across your group members and give others a small taste of your choice and vice versa ). You can also just visit the shop and café and have a wonder round the little information section without the audio guide. The setting is beautiful - sumptuous and creative décor matches the quality of the chocolate. The menu offers specific coffee and truffle pairings which is fun. There is plenty of parking if you turn down the side of the building and step free access.

**Contains warning to allergy sufferers** I wanted to give this 5 stars but I encountered a serious issue I hope they rectify in future. I went on the chocolate tasting experience where you are guided around the process of how chocolate is made, where it comes from, what makes it gormet and how he won the amazing awards. You then sit and listen while you're guided on the tasting and guess what's in them. I was really enjoying this - the chocolates are incredible! I tasted passion fruit in one and then on the headphones.."mixed in with Mango" !!! I have a mango allergy!!! And I'd already eaten it by the time this came up on the headphones. They don't tell you in advance what the ingredients are and it didn't cross my mind that mango might be present so I hadn't asked. I went to the pub opposite afterwards to stay longer and make sure I wasn't going to need medical assistance but I seriously think that allergens need to be advertised so this doesn't happen to anybody else. This aside, what's not to like about world class chocolate!
