A lovely Loch that is off the beaten path but still offers easy access. Offers easy recreational access for swimming and kayaking and fishing. Some excellent accommodation in the form Lochview Guest House and some lovely rental Chalets ideal for family stays.

Fantastic hidden gem! Great spot for paddleboarding, kayaking and open water swimming. It can be tricky getting into the water due to stones and rocks, I would advise water shoes. Parking can be difficult at busy times.

Great spot for water sports but would recommend one of the nearby wood trails for dog walking unless you are comfortable walking on the main road

Please note; no facilities, 4g, or mobile signal here. Please take your waste away with you, as there are no bins. Motorhomers seen emptying toilet waste into the loch, (a drinking water supply,) summer 2021, so do not drink. A wonderful place to spend a day. Take only memories, leave only...
