An Unforgettable Birthday Experience at Loch Ness Alpacas!

We visited Loch Ness Alpacas today to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday, and it was absolutely magical! From start to finish, the experience was beyond our expectations.

The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone—kids and adults alike—felt comfortable and engaged. The alpacas themselves were just wonderful! Each one had its own personality, and they were so gentle and friendly. The staff provided lots of fun facts about the alpacas, and we even got to feed and walk them, which was a highlight for the kids!

The setting is breathtaking, with stunning views of the Highland countryside, making it a perfect place for a unique and memorable celebration. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time, and it was such a special way to mark her 10th birthday.

If you're looking for a fun, family-friendly, and unique experience near Loch Ness, I highly recommend Loch Ness Alpacas. Whether it’s a birthday, a day out, or just a chance to meet these adorable animals, it’s an experience you won’t forget!

Thank you to the team for making this such a special day—we’ll...

I actually do not know where to begin. Beyond the pure excitement and joy that comes along with hanging with alpacas, I have to commend our alpaca tour hostess, she went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. Unfortunately on the way in, we experienced a flat tire and she ENSURED that we could breathe and relax for an hour with the alpacas, she allowed us to use and occupy her personal phone to make arrangements for our flat tire.

Chaos was my alpaca, he let me lead and eat a carrot from my mouth. It was incredible to feel all the stress melt away for a brief moment and for us to enjoy spending time with the mini camels.

We are eternally grateful for your...

We went on our Alpaca walk on a Friday, there were 6 in our group in total. The whole experience was well organised. The walk was nice and steady and there was plenty of time with the animals. The Alpacas have so much character but are very easy going, the guide was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the herd dynamics and different personality traits not only of the Alpacas we were walking but the rest of the herd. At the end of the walk we got to spend time with the rest of the herd, feeding and petting them. I will be coming again next time I'm...
