Rock UK Whithaugh Park — Attraction in Scotland

Visited for the first time in over 20 years, cabins haven't changed for 30 years!! But they are adequate to keep you warm and dry and the showers are great! The location is incredible for mountain biking / hiking and a host of very good value outdoor pursuits through Rock UK. Very helpful and patient instructors (we had adults and children) from teens to young children. Overall well worth booking in for a few days at least with your mates, family, church or youth group and get exploring! The nearby town of Newcastleton has everything you need including a couple of places to eat out and enjoy a pint but you need a longer drive out to Hawick (40+ mins) for a wider selection of shops,...

Whitaugh Park is the perfect place to allow young people (and adults!) to step out of their comfort zone and try new things. We have just got back from a 2 day residential with 70 students aged 13-18. The instructors were fantastic with all ages and abilities and tailored their guidance to suit the needs of each group. The facilities were great and gave us the chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. Tracey was fantastic in supporting us with our booking; she couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent place, good accommodation with rooms that really feel like home, plenty of facilities and storage space too. They have competent instructors and staff with good qualifications and training, and cover loads of outdoor activities like climbing, canoeing, kayaking, archery, fencing, low ropes, high ropes, cycling, and much more!
