Stayed in Tarbert twice now (at the same place) and it's up the road next to shell beach. The 'beach' isn't really a beach as you'd know it, a little bit of off-road walking definitely not pram or disabled friendly/accessible. If you have beach shoes it's nice to walk around and you can safely enter the water as it's pretty shallow but if you are bare foot say goodbye to your skin.
