The items in the shop are very good quality and priced well.
The ice house and dry dive tour takes about 45 mins and informs about the building and history of the fishing industry around the local area. Has a few videos that explains about the wildlife that lives on the river Spey.
Has a show and tell part which shows the difference between the 2 side of the dolphin/whale family focusing. This shows the difference between the teeth and how to identify them in the water.
In the final part of the tour there is a full scale model of a bottle nosed dolphin and this part explain a bit how the dolphins develop and live and the differences between them.
The dry dive part of the tour gives you a virtual dive experience of what it would be like to dive in the Moray firth. Also explains how boats and industry create noise pollution which can impact the way dolphins and porpoises navigate and communicate with each other.
Question are welcomed at anytime throughout the tour.
Would recommend taking this tour and giving a small donation to this worth...

We used the facilities while we were there and though they were OK, I could not say they were handy for me with a disability, they were a little far away to try and walk yet close enough that it was a pest getting out the wheelchair. While we were there we saw a good selection of birds but none of the dolphins or seals, but on the way back when we were nearly at Buckie we came across some seals, and the dolphins were further out. Ah well, thats life, and they are wild so unpredictable!
I really should add that this place is well worth a visit even if the sea life is not to be seen. The nature trails and the peace to be had if you can find a spot to yourself makes it well worth it, and the other wildlife is awesome. If a little scenery, wildlife and a rest are part of your itinerary, this is the place. And we...
