For a little free trail park I was pretty impressed, I'm not sure I'd travel from Exeter again to ride but as I was up dropping people off to Bristol airport I thought worth a look.
Its worth pointing out there is no carpark on site I know of and I wound up parking in a little village cul de sac and riding up a narrow road and down a bridleway and then across a stream, up a bridleway where I started to pick up the numerous trail signs.
These trails are a little more natural than a lot but there are a fair few man made features such as jumps and berms and there was plenty there to keep me amused for a good couple of hours and my strava showed some 18mls and nearly 4000ft of elevation. Various different routes you can take and many places to let the dog off lead. Keep an eye on signs to find out what parts to pop them back on their leads.
