Lovely place but very busy. A coach company had a couple of coaches there at the same time as us and they seemed to think that they were superior to everyone else and that they could tell the car drivers in the lower car park what to do especially the female driver who sat honking her horn at everyone to get out of her way. There is a coffee stand at the top near the top car park. Also some picnic beaches in a little fenced in area to sit at. There are 3/4 view points with fencing around them for safety but also a lot of unfenced space so if taking children you will need to keep an eye on them.

Absolutely stunning waterfalls here i could spend hours exploring this area as there as so many falls to see paths to follow old building and small beaches to explore All with a back drop of mountains that look magical in the mist and match the Gaelic name for skye perfectly. Really looking forward to visiting again soon with better weather so i can find All the hidden gems in the area but even if just for the waterfalls its worth a visit in any weather. Àite draoidheil, air eilean anns na neòil.

A very simple and easy to follow path down to the waterfall below awaits the inquisitive traveller. Be careful as the path has a gritty surface that can cause slips. Follow the path from the car park until you get to the viewpoint. Beyond the viewpoint simply follow the trail as it leads down to the glen below. Very rewarding on a nice clear day. Lealt waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls of the United Kingdom. Lealt waterfall lies in a gorge and is easy to reach.

Lealt waterfall is located 7 kilometers south of Staffin, south of Culnacnoc on the Isle of Skye in Scotland (United Kingdom). After Culnacnoc, along road A855, you pass a river where Lealt gorge is located, there is a small parking.

A short and easy walk (towards the see) leads to the first viewpoint where you can look into the depths of the gorge and see the Lealt waterfall finding its way (in two steps) down the gorge and ends 90 meters lower.

Further on there is a second viewing platform with a wider view over the cliffs and the sea.

A few kilometers north you will find another amazing betetr known, waterfall called Mealt falls (Kilt...
