Omg we absolutely loved this place never been before and found a flyer at the lodge we stayed at cost us £64 for 4 of us but that was 1 adult 2 over 12 and 1 disabled which was £14 I think we booked the day before so had 30% off without any discounts I think it would have been £80 anyways I was very happy with the prices and would have paid more, there is so much to do here that you would need 2 days everything inside is included apart from crazy golf which isn't needed as there is loads to do, lots of places for a picnic and plenty of toilets scattered around the site, only downfall not very good for wheelchairs as there is an awful lot of hills and steep climbs my kids ages 11 and 13 absolutely loved it we sent the whole day there literally, the queues for the water slides were about 25mins wait each time but well worth it there was 3 different waterslides , there is pirate ship and another outdoor ride with mini pirate ship for small humans, there is some very steep slides also a tobaggan ride that everyone can go on , there is slides with water sprinklers over head, there is a arrange of animals from horses to meerkats , my favourite was the bird of prey show with plenty of birds to view too. There is a cabin full of nocturnal animals bats , rats , owls there's a reptile cabin, furry friends cabin, indoor ball range to shoot one another ta Tully. Built in bounce pillar outside and there is the biggest ever I've seen indoor play area with a theme park ride inside also ball.pits slides army course. There's is plenty more to name so definatley worth a visit . The price is unbeatable and no hidden charges which makes it even better we ran out of time before being able to go on peddalows and boats but we will be returning next time we're down that way, animal food can be collected from entrance which is £1 so a family of 4 can have a really good day out for say £80 opens at 9.30 closes at 6pm so it is a while day experience just remember a picnic and a change of clothes for the water rides. It's one of the best days out we've had for such a small price if your visiting you can always upgrade your ticket for a 7 days pass just have to pay full price which is roughly £24 idea if your staying local. Dogs can not enter the theme park but there are kennels on arrival for £15 which is returned once you collect your pet another perfect solution it literally has everything you need for a fun day out just don't forget dogs bed bowls and food. You won't be disappointed

Very disappointed. I have never written a review before, but I want people to be aware of the factors experienced today. The staff are grumpy and disinterested and were barely wearing uniform. Not a fun experience for little children. From what my family and I witnessed today, some animals are not treated well. A goat left with no food and there were some fish kept in an isolated tank. They were not moving. The goat also didn’t move in the 4 hours spent here. Also regarding the animals, the animals advertised on the websites we’re non existent. All main pens were empty and I was upset to see the quality of living that these animals would’ve and are experiencing. A massive issue that deserves to be stated is the cleanliness. It was appalling. The sanitisers were empty and the ones not, had not been cleaned in several months. There was one set of sinks near the animals that were disgustingly dirty. The sinks also had no soap. I was shocked. Especially in covid times. There was only 1 cafe open in the park and has near to no stock. All lunch items were not available. No maps, no food, and there was no stock in the shop whatsoever. The staff were not happy to help and explain events. We witnessed this. The ‘Halloween’ buildings were so isolated and were not exciting in any way. (Based on what is advertised.) The rides were nearly all closed too. A real shame for a half term holiday. A waste of money and time. There were also ants in the sanitiser 🤢

We had a fab 7 nights. The park is so much fun, the campsite is good as well. The only things that could have improved our stay was the noise on the campsite being monitored a bit more at night and having a little more room between the pitches. Our daughter found it hard to get to sleep some nights and didn't manage until after 11pm, she's an early riser, so most nights only got 6-7 hours of peaceful sleep, which isn't quite enough for a 10 year old whose been on the go all day. However, it didn't spoil the week, just meant she was more tired than usual. Showers and toilet facilities were fine, could do with being updated, we hadn't visited for 12 years and they were exactly the same as the last time we were there, the pressure of the water was quite low at times when using the showers, but again it wasn't something that spoilt our week, just something that would have made it a little nicer. The free kennel facility during the day was a superb feature as well as the dog walking field, lovely to have a site that makes it easier to take your dog with you. Hopefully next year there will be a few more things open in the park as C-19 measures won't be getting in the way. We are planning on being back next year and are looking forward to it! Thanks for a great week! 😀

Fun day out, inexpensive compared to many others! Once you're in, everything is free to do (except mini golf). Lots of animals, rescued and seemingly well looked after. Good enclosures and information around. Rides are fun, lots for kids and adults which is great for active families. The stand-out ride, the boat-flumes pictured here, require two people to ride. When you go slightly off peak like we did (6th July) it's quieter, though there are less rangers and some rides are only open for part of the day. One of the flumes was shut for the whole time we were there, for maintenance. Everything was very clean throughout and while some refreshment huts were closed the cafe was open and served a variety of food, and dairy free milks for coffee and tea. If you wanted to store bags to go on rides there were small lockers that were surprisingly deep for 20p, and large ones for £1 (non refundable) A good experience throughout! Amazing large play areas out and indoors, so even with rain there's a decent amount to do.

Our family group of six visited yesterday on a gorgeous blue skies south Devon day. The park is located between Totnes and Dartmouth and we found it to be surprisingly good fun. From the outset we found the Covid19 controls good with plenty of social distancing markers, hand sanitizer stations and all rides were being cleaned in between customers. Even the handles of the dingies on the water slides were wiped down every time. The park was huge with a good variety of interest for all ages from the animal farm and tractor ride up to the bigger Avalanche slide and toboggan run. The indoor play area was understandably closed however so much to do outdoors. Various ice-cream, snacks and drinks available to purchase safety although they was all CASH ONLY which we found odd! and even a Chunk Pasty takeaway and many picnic tables available around the park to rest and eat. We had an excellent day, a huge Thank You to the staff for providing the fun, well recommended.

We went again in Easter holidays as my son REALLY wanted to go despite our not great previous experience and I was pleasantly surprised at how much difference there was in a couple of months. The kids really enjoyed it and everything was open except the gold which is weird as they use that to generate more money. Anyway, even the food was quite good despite being the usual unhealthy fare. The queues for things were minimal with the toboggan ride being the longest with about 15 minutes. This was my review from a visit in February half-term: I didn't expect the water rides to be open but when I phoned up to confirm the lady only said the water rides were shut but she didn't tell me that a lot of other rides were also shut like the toboggan run, the golf and quite a lot of broken things not open. Quite shambolic really for £15 each. Very disappointed and the whole park feels shabby and run down. The best thing was the setting in this lovely wooded valley.
