Porthoustock Beach — Attraction in St Keverne

Ideal to let the dog have a run and fun splash, and you an active walkabout. It has an industrial atmosphere from its days as a quarry location. Not safe for young children. Surfers seem to favour it. Overnight self-built campervans have found a peaceful spot here. Really quiet beach, stones rather than sand and the harbour isn’t the prettiest with a quarry on one side and an old grain hopper on the other but the water was crystal clear the space was great, tide line was perfect for leaving space for all.
