I used to live locally. Sadly moved away. But this is one of my all time favorites. Love walking around the headland. Or nipping down to the beach and if the tide is in sitting on the edge and watching the waves. Or clambering over the rocks. My heart is always happy here. There are a few car parks. Both are national trust. One is further up and is ideal if your only interested in the walk and seeing the lighthouse. The other is great for a longer walk and access to the beach. It's all well signposted.

100% would not recommend going I went there in 2019 and I was eating Yugoslavian people without my consent and this made me very angry to make this one star review even though some of the people are nice and weird looking and things are very cheap would not recommend going the Landscape is horrible and here is a picture of the people they're not the friendliest

I used to live locally. Sadly moved away. But this is one of my all time favorites. Love walking around the headland. Or nipping down to the beach and if the tide is in sitting on the edge and watching the waves. Or clambering over the rocks. My heart is always happy here. There are a few car parks. Both are national trust. One is further up and is ideal if your only interested in the walk and seeing the lighthouse. The other is great for a longer walk and access to the beach. Wonderful, rugged, North Cornish Beech. When the tide is high, the waves crash on the slate rocks, at low tide, a wreck is sometimes revealed in the wide sand. A maze of rock pools, streams and secret paths. Vast, spectacular and beautiful. Perhaps our favourite of...
