Beautiful walk, we saw some rabbits and peasants and deer.. please don’t feed the deer, lovely people.. they need to stay wild otherwise they’d get depended on human and it might be dangerous for them if they start approach cars etc..

Another beautiful walk at cannock chase, at my favourite time of year. The miles of purple Heather is absolutely breathtaking! Eddy my dog , and I love it here, especially when I'm off work and can walk and walk!

Cannock chase is the best place at the moment to walk your dogs, walk (no dogs), cycle, ride your horse or just go for a picnic. Its got water, woods, moorland and lots of tracks where there are no/few cars. Unfortunately it's about to be ruined by Staffordshire County Council who plan on putting cows on the chase with fences and gates to keep them in. Make the most of it...
