Shugborough is a c980 acre property with a good mix of formal garden, parkland and a working farm. The house and grounds are open to the public. The National Trust took over management of the property in late 2016, reopening it in spring 2017; they've made incredible progress most visible in the formal gardens, especially the walled gardens. Therefore a visit to Shugborough park and its manor house is strongly recommended. Its easy to find with plenty of car parking spaces, however one is advise to arrive early to...

Plenty space for children to explore and apparently a good play area but I didn't have my grandson on thus visit so didn't feel the need to find it. Take...
