Walked through to the park from the hotel. There are several good (boots are best) paths immediately around the lake area and much more widely up past the cemetery into Stratton Woods. There is some signage but more would be useful. We walked 5 miles in all, but got lost on a seemingly simple red arrowed circular route in Stratton Woods. It will become my new place to run while working away, there's a nice mix of walking trails ranging from 1km to 5km with a mix of gravel paths to hard pack mud/bark which makes it perfect for running around and exploring the woods.

I ran around 6PM and the park wasn't too busy and allowed me to run around most paths at my own pace without getting in the way. Very well maintained paths and parks well worth a visit and the car...
