Good skate park, old and young skate together. People seem friendly and helpful.
Concrete and smooth dips, big enough to accommodate beginners to experienced.
I went with my 9 year old daughter who was using a skateboard for the first time.
Looked like about 60% skooters, 38% skateboards, 2% BMX user mix.
Teenager hangout with a few bravado, showing off scuffles, but not affecting skating.
I would advise supervising pre-teens so that they don't pick up any bad habits...
