Amazing history and interesting to anyone with an interest in gardens, architecture and history. The guide, Jan, was informative, the tour never felt rushed, and was full of information. The paths are uneven, and I would advise a grippy pair of shoes, as I found it quite sloppy in parts. I fully intend to visit more frequently throughout the seasons, as this wonderful place will only become more amazing with time.

Zeer moeilijk bereikbaar. 😥😥😥

Volunteers have done an amazing job working on the restoration of this garden. Well worth a tour.

An enthusing experience hosted by one of the 25 volunteers there,Sally. My freind and I were the youngest there but were made to feel very welcome and had ample opportunity to take photos for private use. The gardens themselves have a rich history and the natural beauty of the wild gives it a secret garden feel in parts. A strong contrast to the neatly restored areas filled with lavender and the traditional planting. Well worth a visit, although be prepared to drive slowly down the private road as it...

The Gardens are a real treat, and a very special place, enjoyed by all our group, the owners have done a wonderful thoughtful restoration and have taken great care to keep it natural and a haven for wildlife. Special thanks to our guide David for being so calm, patient and informative, and Sally who helped in our hour of need with the incident of a locked car with...
