This is a fantastic spot to visit, the views are spectacular, and it is a very peaceful place (apart from the waves against the cliffs and beach). It's only a few miles from Abersoch, and whilst it is a little off the beaten track, Google Maps will take you to the barrier for entry into the car park. There is a £3.00 charge (payable in cash, pound coins preferred), i think there is now an option for touch and go card payments, but we paid by coins. The barrier is automatic on exit, and there is no maximum time (although I don't think you can park overnight). There are walks in both directions along the cliff tops, or a nice gentle walk down to a real gem of a beach. Good footwear on the beach as there were hundreds of small jellyfish washed up by the tide. This place was very quiet, and is well worth the effort to find. Stunning location 👌 👏

This beach is on par with anything I've encountered in Cornwall. Very clean and the sea was perfect for body boarding although we were being pulled down the beach at a fair rate. I'd recommend you keep an eye on your kids! There are no facilities on the beach and the car park is a couple of fields and a good set of steps away. Parking is £3. The camp site adjacent to the car park has toilet facilities. I did have very good weather and my assessment of the sea is relative to other beaches in the area over a 2 day period at the end of May 2017. Well worth a visit.

This beautiful beach is out of the way and therefore lovely and unspoilt and devoid of crowds although I did go on a cloudy day. For parking drive to the North-West end (to the camp site) and go through the barrier which will open once you buy a £3 exit token right there. Then drive straight on until you reach the car-park. You’ll see the gate which takes you through a field of sheep (watch the poo!) and then down onto the beach which is absolutely wonderful, has a gentle slope in the sea and lovely sand too.
