This place was absolutely amazing.

Parts of the trail were slightly muddy, but that obviously cannot be helped - but it is just to put people on notice if they are thinking of attending any time soon.

Seeing the swans was really nice and I did not expect them to walk in such close proximity to people. Obviously, adults told their children not to go too close to the swans, but it was just lovely to see them so closely.

It is a decent walk and at times, it can get quite crowded with people.

Many people use this place to walk their dogs and there is a place in which some of the dogs like to take a bath. This is in a separate area of where the swans typcially "hang out" and it was nice to see so many dogs enjoying the water.

I recommond this place if you are, for example, a dog owner, if you like to walk in a scenic place, if you are a photographer, if you have children and if you do not mind...

Stunning creation! This is an easy favourite afternoon out for our family. Multiple car parking spots (you do need to pay, some spots have a machine but many are digital only. It uses JustPark app). There is a simple little cafe with delicious ice cream and loo facilities but look up opening times. My toddler loves the ‘beach’, by the lake. Plenty of sandy space to build a sandcastle, moat or just paddle and watch the birds. There are benches dotted around the pond and picnic benches at the cafe. Plenty of shady areas but also sunshine, whichever you fancy and so much natural beauty and bird life/wildlife to take in. Great spot for dogs to walk (though they aren’t supposed to swim), walking and bike rides. Highly...

Frensham Little Pond in Surrey is a fairly large lake with surrounding Heathland. A great place to relax with a stroll around the lake, dogs are also permitted under control. There are various walking routes including paths which lead to Frensham Great Pond. There is a little beach area where you can take your deck chairs and enjoy the peace and the views. Bathing is not permitted here but is at Frensham Great Pond which is a few minutes drive away. There is a National Trust run refreshments hut on site selling drinks and light refreshments. There's a decent sized car park which is chargeable unless you are a National...
