An absolute honor to experience this iconic walk. I started from Eastbourne pier, took the 13X bus (£3) to Birling Gap, and began the hike from there- stunning coastal views all the way through. The national trust at Birling gap offers some amenities like a public toilet, a visitor's center, café, souvenir shop and man made staircase to the beach at the bottom of the cliffs (the only one in the trail). The cliffs are every bit as breathtaking as they’re made out to be, and the changing landscapes keep the trail exciting. The trail passes Belle Tout lighthouse, and Beachy head. I ended the walk along the Eastbourne promenade which made the descent into town perfect. It took me roughly 2 and a half hours to complete this trail and it was everything: scenic, grounding, and deeply memorable. Would...

Absolutely breathtaking and a must-visit for nature lovers! The walking trails along the Seven Sisters Cliffs offer some of the most stunning coastal views in England. The dramatic white chalk cliffs, open skies, and endless sea make every step feel like a postcard.

It’s well-signposted and suitable for most fitness levels, though there are a few steep climbs and descents. Don’t forget to bring water, good walking shoes, and a windbreaker — it can get breezy even on sunny days.

A perfect way to spend the day if you enjoy peaceful, unspoiled natural beauty. Highly recommended for hikers, photographers, and anyone needing a proper...

The trail is a mix of steep ups and downs but totally worth it for the views. It’s not an easy walk, but it’s manageable, especially if you take your time. Beachy Head was nice, standing near the edge of the cliffs, with the lighthouse far below, is one of those moments that stays with you. It feels like you’re on the edge of the world. We ended our walk in Eastbourne, tired but completely content. There’s something special about finishing a hike right at the edge of a town: stepping off the trail and straight into a café for a coffee and a bite to eat. The total distance was ~5 miles from Birling Gap to the pier...
