We recently visited Tunnel Tree Tops when we were on holiday & have to say we loved every minute of it! It was well ran and organised from the moment we arrived right through to the end. The instructors were super friendly and helpful; they made the whole experience really enjoyable. The course itself was well thought out with a range of obstacles and zip wires, each with different difficulty challenges so you could push yourself on them as much or as little as you felt comfortable with. This was a lovely bonus as it meant it can be made more difficult to your own abilities and how confident you are! It was a lot of fun and we will definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Thank you again, we couldn’t recommend you guys enough!

Took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday, they thought it was great and a bit scary, one friend had a wobble part way through the course and was a bit worried if she would get through it but with the brilliant coaching from one of the assistants who helped her get all the way through the course she made it, well done that man. Definitely going again and may even try it myself next time. The only down point my daughter said was the course wasn't long enough šŸ˜³šŸ˜† they did get to go round twice though. Other points, portaloo on site and you can get snacks and drink on site. Spectators can view from either by the reception area or walk down around the course viewing from below.

Fantastic time had at Tree Tops today! First time for the majority of us and can’t wait to book again. Instructors were professional and equally as funny! 10/10

Awful experience. Just awful.

In what can only be described as he worst storm of the summer so far, we arrived 20 minutes earlier than our start time (as suggested). When we got there there was nowhere for us to shelter from the wind and the rain and nobody was there to greet us. It seemed that there was only member of staff working that day. Reception was locked and nowhere else to go. So back to the car we went to wait in the dry.

We asked whether we could have a refund and got shut down immediately. "It's perfectly safe." we were told. With some of the trees at 45 degrees and the platforms shaking and soaking wet, we would disagree with that assessment. It may be safe for a professional, but to a first time user, it was petrifying.

We didn't bother doing it as it did not look safe at all and we'd end up waiting ,in the wind and the rain, for the large party in front of us.

Awful experience. Will not be...
