Gorgeous walled garden filled with an abundance of fruit, veg and flowers. Such a wonderful place to stroll around taking in the surroundings and the views. Sadly the cafés and artists studios were all closed (in peak summer holiday season) with no notifications as to why and on line showing still open! There are a few areas where you can sit and have a packed lunch or enjoy something from the cafés (if open) I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and will revisit. There are customer toilets and free parking available. Disabled access, gardens are sloped but paths are smooth and easy to navigate. No...

A dreamy other world of amazingness! We stopped after an airport pick-up to calm and reset and this was just the ticket. A lovely coffee and delicious cake from the little cafe, an enjoyable amble around the vast amounts of beautiful-looking veg and top up of said veg from the little on-site veg shed. We took home such a delicious haul with the heritage tomatoes and purple basil being a total hit for our dinner guests. Wished I could have stayed there all day. Don't be afraid to take a detour to...

This is a beautiful garden with amazing views. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to get a drink or cake etc. We walked down to the cafe which we found out was only open Friday -Sunday. We then tried the restaurant which we were informed was closed at 3.30pm. I haven't been for a few years, but I was very disappointed as I can remember always being able to get refreshments in the restaurant. You also used to be able to buy fresh produce and cider, but this was...

The most beautiful garden environment in which to relax and drink coffee! Great views, butterflies everywhere, friendly staff and fabulous organically grown produce to buy. The flat whites and mocha we ordered were really tasty. Highly recommended. Picture of the menu/prices is from July 2025.

We unfortunately came on a day when everything was shut except for the garden. The garden was beautiful and easily accessible for my elderly mother on her mobility scooter we were so glad we could walk round it and see it in all its splendour with her.
