Porthmeor Cove is on the North coast of West Cornwall which means that the sands do shift. The stunning sandy beach might be there in May but not in October, or maybe in October but not in May (if you know what I mean) depending on Mother Nature. Storms and tides shift the sands so be prepared for either. Itās best to combine the beach trip with a similarly stunning coast walk from either Pendeen Lighthouse or from Carn Galver Engine house car park at Bosigran.
