Ray's Mill Park — Attraction in Aberdeen

Great little park with a beautiful view and benches all around. There's a covered area with a BBQ grill perfect for events and a paved path that you can walk in circles to get your steps in. The grass by the water is perfect for a blanket & picnic in the park date. Dog friendly as well with poop bags available. Plenty of parking as this seems to be a hidden gem...

This park has been an OK place to walk my dog while living in Aberdeen temporarily, but it's seclusion and the amount of people that park in the parking lot and just sit in their cars gives it a weird vibe. Likewise, I typically have to pick up glass beer bottles from the grass on Saturday and Sunday mornings, so a bit more police presence late at night...

We stopped here for a quick walk. We enjoyed the short trail along the water. It's a small little park, but it is very nice and well managed. There are some signs about no tobacco products which we really appreciated.
