Dyess Museum — Attraction in Abilene

Museum was very interesting with a great dedication to Col. Dyess. The Historian Curator was a wealthy of knowledge and super kind to our family. We took a personal tour onto the base and were privileged to get up close and personal with many planes at the air park. It gives you history of the air force, the planes, the uniforms and pictures!!! They have engines and plane seats and instrument panels. Kids will love it and adults will learn stuff too!! Very interesting!!!...

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We got a tour of the air park that was just fantastic. Learned a lot of history about aircraft and the area. Definitely was worth a visit....
