I'm not sure I can do it justice but my wife and I had an amazing tasting at Marzae wine. We're natural wine fans and enjoy offerings from California and Europe but Marzae leans into this by harnessing New England's terroir and using grapes that grow in the area. And like any scrappy startup, Marzae makes more products from the winemaking process. While we didn't get to taste those, it was a fascinating discussion about making wine with local grapes and their yeasts, and the derivative products. And the wine is very good and would definitely pair well with your farm to table meats...
