I hiked around the back side of NARA park, so I'm not too sure about it. I know the hiking trails beside the body of water are nice. The walking path around the water is beautiful, I didn't end up going around it but would have loved to cross the long bridge over the water. I didn't want to disturb anyone without having my mask on so I turned back around with the dogs after snapping a few pictures real quick. I definitely need to return to NARA park because the lazy snapshots I took came out beautiful I can image the other side of the water is just as great.

We recently visited Nara Park in Acton, MA, for a quick stroll, and it was a delightful experience. The park offers a peaceful and well-maintained environment, perfect for a family outing. My daughter especially enjoyed the play area and had a great time on the swings. It was nice to see people engaging in various activities like fishing, riding bicycles, and walking along the scenic paths. The park is spacious and offers something for everyone, making it a great spot for a relaxing day out.

Great place for a concert with plenty of seating. I saw a night show so finding my way back to where the group was became challenging but it worked out. Parking was easy, however, would help to have some lighting leading back to the lot as its a but of ways. Staff were all helpful and pleasant with food/drinks lines moving quickly. Good for groups, families and meeting new people.

Great park to visit beautiful views at some point if you can find them great neighborhood great for kids I have never heard of any danger meant activity such as kidnapping or anything beyond I would say 95% safe it’s safe for kids they even have a gate around the playground for the kids littleton and acting police response time are very fast your kids are OK as for the beach here at this park I believe that all people should not had to pay to go swimming it is highly disrespectful and truly rude for the Town to even decide to want to charge for children to swim a child should be able to enjoy the time of swimming without needing to worry that their parents had to pay for pass for the water was put here many years ago for free and for the town to charge or the park management to charge for swimming is highly disrespectful...

Love this place! Whether you park down the way and walk via the Bruce Freeman rail trail or happen to find a spot in their parking lot, it's always such a wonderful experience to walk around.

Even if there's an event going on, there's plenty of room to have a picnic on your own - and actually, if there is then I'd highly recommend parking up or down the rail trail and making the trek to the park. It can get really congested around the area if there is something going on.

Ideal picnic area. You can find a little nook on the grass or use one of their many, MANY picnic benches. Have a small birthday party? You'll be able to grab a group of tables.

But beware, if you happen to be coming during a high traffic time on the weekend then things...

Nara Park is a lovely spot for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The picnic area is spacious and well-maintained, making it great for gatherings. The playground is a hit with kids, and the park being dog-friendly is a big plus for pet owners. There’s also ample parking available, and it serves as a convenient starting point for the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail.

However, the restroom situation has been disappointing. In the past, the park had flushable toilets, but for the past season and this one, the doors have been locked. Instead, there's only a single porta potty, which is unfortunately not clean at all. It really takes away from the overall experience. Hoping the proper restrooms are...
