Outstanding. Clean. Tons of picnic tables + grills. Tons of parking. We absolutely love this park/beach. We've been a few times and every time the park and beach are clean and even if it looks packed it always seems to have plenty of sand space. The bathrooms are not close but are clean. There is a $5 fee (cash only) to park and there is a pretty big pavilion for a large party. Easy to find and just an overall amazing little spot. Something to note, this beach does not have a play area for kids. This is a beach only. Enjoy!!

Back on Lake Allatoona, Dallas Landing Park offers another large pet-free swimming beach. It has also featured the world’s largest inflatable water slide, at 11 metres high by more than 50 m long, which sits easily on the sands. There’s a volleyball court which frequently echoes to the sound of summer fun, as well as picnic tables and publicly-available grills. At over 30 hectares in area, the park is a short distance from the northern end of Main Street, making it walkable for those looking to stretch their legs just a little.

Nice park with a little beach area although i prefer the more quite locations like the picnic tables by the water throughout the park. Some of those spots you can swim, wade and ect and enjoy nature and cookout at the same time. Im not a fan of the $5 to $10 fee if your from another county but atleast once you have your pass you can leave and return at your leisure the duration of the day. I would definitely return here. overall my wife and i had a great relaxing day.

I came here with my friends today on 05/17/25 at 4PM. We arrived by uber. When arriving, there was an older white lady at the window asking how old we were and stating we need to pay to get in (IN A VERY RUDE MANNER) We got out the uber and then I came up to her nicely asking her what we had to pay for, She yelled saying we had to pay $15 to “Use the facility”. I told her that it said $15 for parking on the window and asked where it said to pay $15 per person. She yelled at us saying we can either PAY $15 EACH OR GET OUT (SHE SAID THIS 3x)!!!!!!!!!! I asked her where it said it again and she said it was COMMON SENSE that we had to pay to get in. IT IS NOT COMMON SENSE!!!!! There is no where on the website or signs up stating that we had to pay to get in. IF THERE WERE, we would have had no problem paying but there isn’t. She slammed the glass door in our face and took a photo of my friends and I standing at the entrance (without our consent). She yelled at us saying that she was going to send this to the police

Another car passed by (older white guy) and she was talking to him about the situation and yelling “THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH AMERICA”

One of my other friends was on the phone with our friends who were soon to arrive explaining the situation and she yelled at us stating “I DONT WANT TO HEAR YALL CRAP GO DOWN TO THE BEACH” ???????? If we had to pay $15 to get in, why would you let us into the beach??????

My friends and I are all of color and it was extremely hard not to feel racially profiled and upset. I did not feel comfortable staying here unless i spoke to a police officer. A police officer pulled in and I waved him now. I told him about the situation and he stated that she told him NOTHING about the situation!!!!!! Which is surprising consider the fact that she said she was going to send it to the police. He gave me the Park number and said I would need to contact them regarding it. I have recording of our conversation of him stating everything he said to me.

After putting this review, I hope that someone DOES contact me! It is extremely enraging considering everything that happened. This park needs to do something about the lady at the entrance ASAP!!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!!!! (WE ARE ALSO...

Great beach on Allatoona Lake. The summer weekends and holidays can be very busy. Even on the busy days there is plenty of room on the sand to set up your blanket of beach tent and not feel that your right on top of anyone else. There are approximately 400 parking spots available. There are many tables and grills scattered about the park for use by visitors. The beach is very clean and very well maintained. The swimming area is very clean and approximately 65m x 110m. The entry fee as of this writing is $5.00 weekdays $10 weekends and holidays. The only issue I have had is the time it takes to actually get into the park. Usually there will be an elderly couple (camp hosts) working the gate and at times will be a bit slow in getting visitors in. They tend to be a very lovely couple and if you are so inclined, will talk your ear off leaving other visitors waiting to...

If I could leave zero, it would be zero. I don’t go somewhere to visit and get treated rudely before even entering the place tried to ask questions about the website and everything we have seen and the old lady couldn’t even let us speak before she wanted to start popping back off at it all rudely. Let me remind yall no one was being rude , loud or nothing out of the way for this lady to be as rude as she was just trim to pay to get in. Claims there’s flea sites and false information all on the internet about the park and sinking area. Too many other places around to visit since you have to pay to visit them all....
