Halloween🎃——Top 10 Scariest Haunted Houses in Atlanta

The Manor was amazing! Asylum 87 was disappointing. They should direct the victims to The Asylum first and end on The Manor. It would have made the night alot more satisfying. It seems they put most of the budget on The Manor, it has amazing atmosphere and effects. The Asylum literally had empty rooms with no decor or actors. The Manor had something special every step of the way, the Asylum was 50% empty and we only saw maybe 5 scare actors. (Not counting the last 1/4th that just merged the two haunts so they repeated) Both attractions use the same last few rooms as an exit point so was not unique and was mundane. The midway was nonexistent, it consisted of 3 simple carnival games and 1 merch store. All the staff was VERY polite, friendly and helpful. (We and several others had to ask where the Asylum was located as it was not clearly marked. We paid for the R.I.P tickets, but save your money. The Manor only had about a 10 minute queue, The Asylum had no wait (most likely due to it being hard to locate without directions. They did a GREAT job of checking each victim's temperature and enforcing people kept their maks on. The costume designers and special effects makeup artist did a fantastic job of incorporating facemask on the scare actors and you would not even notice this until they get right up on you for a scare. Would have given 5 stars if not for the price of the tickets, with the lack of anything noticable in The Asylum this feels like one attraction more then two.

the scariest thing about this haunted house is the extreme likelihood of twisting your ankle in their janky parking lot made of loose rocks and zero signage or anything telling you where to go. there was only one haunted house there even though we apparently paid for two. $60 for two tickets through a haunted house that lasted maybe ten minutes. it was supposed to be “the manor”, but it was pretty much all generic “spooky” stuff from the clearance aisle at spirit halloween on 11/1. i feel really bad for anybody who waited for hours. the “midway” was literally two ratty games they seem to have grabbed from the dumpster after the carnival left town. there’s a random little room with two caskets, a metal folding chair, and more of the cheap spirit halloween stuff. also some cleaning supplies?? the merch they sold outside was better quality than anything else in the place.

Had a great time! Took our youngest one because she just had to do what the big kids were doing, wasn't sure if this was a good idea or not but a friend of ours who worked there assured us we could purchase this blinking necklace for her to wear and they wouldn't scare her. The actors were beyond awesome with her and made her as unscared as possible. She still got a little freaked out about the noises in general but she loved the glowing color section. She went though that one twice. Highly recommend if the little ones want to tag along just do that one and not the other two. The rest of our group had a great time in all three sections they have.
