We made the most wonderful memories at Ada Park celebrating our daughter's first Birthday this past weekend! Courtney helped me with my reservation, and she was lovely to work with. Very helpful and friendly! The park is enchanting, and the facilities are very clean. We were blessed with clear weather in the afternoon, and all of our guests really enjoyed the park. Even if it had continued raining, the view of the pond was gorgeous, and we were kept dry by the shelter. Passersby on the trails were very kind as well. There were quite a few gorgeous and friendly dogs, which the kids really got a kick out of seeing. This was my first time planning an outdoor event, the only thing I wish I had done was get covers for the food, as I hadn't considered yellow jackets. Regardless, if I could have all of her future birthdays here I would, because I don't think I can top this one.

We enjoyed a very lovely walk among the clean and well maintained grounds and paths. Hit one dead end on our walk, but otherwise, a great time! My nephew has played ball at the diamonds here too. Ample parking across several lots too!

This is our favourite newly discovered park. With the different grasses, flowering trees and clear waters of the lake, it would be a perfect spot to paint plein air, rollerblade or simply stroll with a loved one.

Hands down best park on the east side of Grand rapids. The entire park is a massive arboretum filled with mature varieties of trees providing all sorts of shade in the summer and beautiful colors in the fall. A sizable playground area active with lots of kids. If you need some Forest Zen time, there is a paved walking path across the entire park and loops through the wood and around their pond. Oh yeah....there is a freak pond in the back with a fountain kiddos can go...

Great park, everything is well keep and clean. FYI, social distancing with kids is hard, but it's important to limit kid interaction and to use have sanitizer with them as kids are a main transmitter of greens and diseases.

Make sure you bring mosquito spray and explore the fun trails. Our kids love running around the trails and ponds and looking...
