Wintersmith Park — Attraction in Ada

This is such a great, fun & well-maintained park. I was visiting family with my husband and two kiddos when my uncle brought us to this park. It was lovely to see little ducks the turtle pond and fish. The kids love the pirate ships and the swings we had an amazing time plenty of spots to sit and rest in the shade and water fountains throughout. It was a very pleasant day for our family reunion in the park.

My uncle was very disappointed however that the deer area of the park have been taken out and replaced by a dog park. This was the main reason why he came and showed us the park he wanted to show off the deer and was very let down that it had been removed. One * lost on the...

I love this place!!! It's good for really anything you want to do. There's tables and benches everywhere, for birthdays, food, or any personal use (the graffiti surprisingly isn't that bad, but who cares if it was?) there's also trash cans. They have plenty of sport options here, swings for wheelchair users, and usual playground equipment. There are also places to walk your dogs. Appears to be a really nice park, always lots of activity no matter the time of day we visit. Dog Park area is nice, big, lots of room to run. Small dog and large dog seperate sides, however that is now always recognized. Water has been turned off, so take your fido plenty to drink. Some people with large dogs on small dog side will not abide and let the small have access. My dog was attacked by the larger dog and she did nothing.
