$30 per standard vehicle Today worth it!! We got to Eudora Farms about 10:30AM, 30 minutes after the gates opened on a Sunday and had zero wait to get in. My wife (an avid animal lover) was very generous with the snacky treats (small buckets of sliced carrots or pellets/feed about the size of the smaller Cool Whip tubs you might find at the grocery store), but 2 buckets of each was enough to get us to the halfway point where there was a refill station where we got 7 more buckets (5 carrots/2 feed), which may have been a bit much. Although the animals didn't seem to mind the handfuls were we handing out. We finished just in time to see the potbelly pig races, which was hilarious and similar to what you'd find at the county fair. We paid $5 for us both to get a wooden tongue depressor with bird seed stuck to one end and entered the bird enclosure where the tiny, colorful birds (parakeets...maybe?) would climb on the stick to eat the seed. It was so neat! I spent much of the time getting birds onto the stick and bringing the avian pal to the "vertically challenged" adults and children that weren't tall enough to reach the little birds themselves, which increased the smile factor at least a little before we made our exit. We capped off the experience with a hot dog and funnel cake from some of the nicest vendors I've ever met. The entire experience was amazing and I would recommend to anyone, especially those with children. I noticed on-line that the wait time gets longer the later in the day people arrive and some late arriving visitors have issues with animals not being very active during the afternoon hours, so I would suggest an earlier arrival time. Even animals will eventually get full, hot, or tired as the day gets sunnier, hotter, and simply not hungry after visiting hundreds of vehicles willing to literally hand food out their windows to feed them. Including the food, bird enclosure, a tshirt for the wife, $30 entrance fee and a total of 11 buckets (which is way more than any sane couple needs to have) of carrots and feed, we spent a total of around $110, but we could have easily had nearly the same experience for $50- $70 without getting food or a t-shirt and getting less food for the animals. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something to do that involves non-indigenous and exotic animals like Ostriches, Zebras, Giraffes, one and 2 hump camels, and highland cows as well as longhorn steers, donkeys, cows, Alpacas and Llamas (plus a number of animals that were unknown to myself and wife....

We visited Eudora Wildlife Safari on an unusually cool rainy day and did the drive-thru. I'd thought I'd want to do the wagon ride but once we got to the park in drizzling rain, we chose to do the drive-thru. We had two folks in their 70s (both with severe arthritis), one 40-yr old and one 7-yr old. We weren't sure we'd see any animals since the weather was less than ideal but we were immediately greeted at the entrance gate by an adorable bull of some species who literally had his nose against the gate, waiting for a treat. Some Emus came running as soon as we cleared the gate, oblivious to the rain. The animals were all eager to come get treats as we drove thru. Beautiful herd animals of various types (be sure to check out the Watusi), plus Emus, ostriches and many others. The camels and the Zebras were some of our favorites but we loved seeing all these animals walking free and most of them loved seeing us with our buckets of treats. We tossed treats to the ones too shy to come up to the car. My granddaughter was absolutely thrilled to see these rather large animals up close, and we simply had a blast. Most fun I've had in a long time and it's right here in SC!

After the drive-thru, the grandgirl was even more delighted by personal interaction with the many colorful parakeets, some of which sat on her shoes and stayed there even when she very carefully walked around, which she loved. And of course we had to feed the goats, couldn't leave them out! Just being able to tour at our own pace with nobody rushing us or telling us where to go next, looking over our shoulders etc., was part of what made the experience so relaxing and fun. The staff we encountered were all helpful and polite but basically let us just do our thing.

The owners of Eudora have done a wonderful job and I can only begin to imagine the time and expense involved in maintaining the park. I'm truly grateful for their hard work in bringing this experience to SC.

We were wet and chilled when we left Eudora but we couldn't stop smiling as we talked about the experience otw home. As others have stated, the food options are limited (think Fair Food) but delicious.

Folks, if you live within a couple hours of the Eudora park, please plan a visit, especially if you have children or grands. There's nothing quite like it anywhere else outside of perhaps some theme parks in the more touristy parts of the southern region of this country.

I hope to visit again this week with family visiting from out of state, but if not, we'll be back in the...

We visited Eudora Wildlife Safari Park yesterday as one of our spring break adventures, and overall, it was an awesome and memorable experience for the whole family!

Getting There: The drive from Columbia wasnโ€™t bad at all โ€” a little over an hour and very doable for a day trip. We pre-purchased our tickets and animal feed online, which made entry quick and easy.

Cost: It was $50 for a car of 3 people and we were able to pre-purchase food buckets so we got 5 buckets and that was $20 so al told with taxes it was like $78. Not bad.

The Pros: The property is beautiful โ€” wide open spaces, lush green grass, and tree-lined areas that give it a real safari feel. ( lots of red dust/dirt from the road though -be prepared to wash your car. The road when you drive through the woods is not exactly smooth so I would not reccomend bringing cars that sit low to ground.

The animals are everywhere and totally unbothered by people. They come right up to the car when you stop โ€” which kept the kids entertained the whole time.

Thereโ€™s a great variety of animals, and they provide a fun fact sheet so you know what youโ€™re looking at.

The camels were a highlight, and the zebras were absolutely stunning (but donโ€™t feed or pet them โ€” they bite!).

At the end of the drive, you can get out and walk up to the giraffes on a platform. Feeding and petting them was such a fun, hands-on moment.

There's also a petting zoo and small food area toward the end of the visit.

The Cons:

Traffic jams on the trail were frustrating โ€” thereโ€™s no way to pull around slower vehicles, so if youโ€™re stuck, youโ€™re stuck.

No bathroom access during the drive โ€” so plan accordingly!

Some of the horned animals made us a little nervous. Their horns were massive, and they aren't exactly gentle โ€” we left with a few scratches on the car.

We had a run-in with an aggressive llama who kicked the car when we ran out of food. It blocked us from moving forward, and there was no staff around to help. Having more staff roaming the area would make a huge difference for safety.

The porta potty at the end was downright unusable โ€” it was filthy to the point of being a health hazard. That seriously needs to be addressed.

Final Thoughts: Despite a few rough spots, we had an amazing time โ€” the up-close animal encounters were unforgettable, and the kids especially loved the giraffes. Just skip the luxury vehicle, bring hand sanitizer, and donโ€™t count on the bathrooms.

Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just go in prepared, and youโ€™ll...
