Nice park! 70 acres of beautiful hills, flat grass, and wooded areas. Go on a walk, jog, hike, or bike ride on some of the trails. Dog friendly, just please clean up after it, and make sure it's on a leash or listens to you. There's a pond for fishing. Sunnies and bass were what we caught and released. They have a nice wooden play area for kids. They use recycled materials for "mulch". I think many of the things in the kids area are made from repurposed items. My favorite thing is there's only one way in or out, so that's a nice safety feature. There is Frisbee golf, volleyball court, basketball court for day/night as well as tennis courts. It has 2 baseball diamonds. There are 2 pavilions for gatherings. The gazebo is really nice for prom, wedding, etc photos. For pokemon go players, there are a couple Pokestops, and I think 3 gyms. Sometimes they have special days in the park offering different activities and music sponsored by different groups and businesses. I've not even seen all they have to offer. Apparently they have a winter sports area, but I've not visited that part. It's a really nice park with something...

Beautiful park, well-maintained, in a gorgeous rural setting with great views. Kids of all ages will love the play castle and climbing equipment. There's a sand volleyball pit, disc-golf course, sports fields, and multiple pavilions for events.

I've rented one of the pavilions for a work event. We found the kitchen clean and serviceable with stove, refrigerator, freezer, multiple sinks, and plenty of counter space as well as a plethora of power outlets. Picnic tables were sturdy. There's plenty of parking, too.

Lloyd H. Roland Memorial park is family-friendly, highly recommended for events...

This park is gorgeous!! Absolutely beautiful! As well as remarkable scenery featuring a pond, mountains, farms, and a pine forest with walking trails, this park features a huge wooden playground for the children with only one entrance for safety, frisbee golf, tennis courts, volleyball courts, two baseball diamonds, and swings and metal equipment for the older kids. Also, it features a restroom that's not an outhouse, concession stand that's open at posted hours, bbq grills, and larger pavilions to use for parties/events. Overall, a GREAT place to spend the day with family...
