The Crossing at Big Creek — Attraction in Alabama

Okay been going here pretty regularly since March of 2023 and it wasn’t to bad to begin with. Then when they started fixing up the place I’ld say about the time they were seal coating and stripping the parking lot I haven’t been able to even get up over what ever it was that I was betting. So I figured that they were trying to get some of they’re money back because all of the remodeling expenses. And now I have to say that I have been up here twice in the past couple of weeks and they said that someone came in I guess the state of Alabama and made them do some kind of skill play , but what a joke it has nothing to do with skill play and it makes it even harder to win anything at all it seems that every single spin is a loser and the so called skill play is before each spin so I have came to my own conclusion on what’s going on in here 1.) is that they did this themselves so people can’t hit the spin button rapidly which usually gives you the player a better chance at winning and I think that is a very strong probability or the other thing is 2.) If the state of Alabama did make them do this so called skill play which is a total joke considering that it has zero skill involved . Then why do they not file suite against the state of Alabama for being discrimination because I can almost guaranty you they are not going to make any of the wind creek gaming facilities apply this so called skill play to their gaming systems so that is without a doubt discrimination. Okay and if the state of Alabama is doing this it’s also probably due to the politicians trying to look good in front of all their constituents so in my personal opinion I think I would find me some Indian and make them partners of theirs at “The Crossing at Big Creek.” So I have to put this out there just because I know for a fact that the State of Alabama is just trying to excerpt their authority. That they believe they have because I know that they did not take any votes on this from their fellow citizens who live in the state of Alabama or even from the citizens of that county because if they had then this change would not have taken place. So I have to say they have taken away the citizens voice. And when you take away the voice of the people you are taking all their rights away because without a voice you can’t be heard . It starts with things of this nature because they think that they can speak on your behalf without even asking you how you feel on the matter at hand . Their just going to do what they feel like doing and that my fellow people is simply taking your voice away from you and some of you don’t realize what they are doing . And the problem is it’s only going to get worse they will not stop at this here . Keep your eyes and ears open to what is going on around you . Because just as soon as you look In another direction they will do something else somewhere else. And try to tell everyone that it’s for the good of the people or that this place/people were breaking the law , but then when it happens you have to ask yourselves did they because it’s probably a law that was implicated into effect not a law that was voted on and if it wasn’t voted into effect then it shouldn’t be a law just because you were placed into a job that gives you some authority doesn’t mean you can just do what you want when you want . That is not why the people put you into that office. So t I believe that the end result of the State of Alabama stepping in on this business is a show of Burt force and insubordination because they do not have the right to do so not without confronting the great people of Alabama first and for most so the people can let their voices be heard that is the people’s rights. I believe that our great Constitution says “ We The People” not We the government. Wake up everyone little by little they will try to take over. And first they will take away your voice . Don’t stand in silence it’s said that the pen is mightier than the sword . So maybe you citizens of Alabama should start a petition and start collecting signatures don’t let them...

tonight is the night I say yall can have it.... that place has taken over 100 thousand dollars from me in the last two yrs... I've lost ridiculously every visit. SOMEONE is going to get hurt there at THE CROSSING because yall selling alcohol and traumatizing the elderly mental and disabled, specifically of the African, Latino, Mexican, and Asian ethnicities. AND NOBODY IS SEARCHED... KEN KLINE WILL BUTTS OR WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE SHOULD BE ARRESTED... RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG... I KNOW THIS IS ALABAMA BUT NOT 1902... GOD see yall cheat the people... Watch how Karma(GOD) PUNISH ALL INCLUDED IN THE WRONGDOING OF HIS PEOPLE... SOMEONE IN A HIGHER POSITION OF POWER IS NOT BEING A GOOD PERSON AND WILL GET THERE JUST DUES!!! IF YOU LIKE FEELING GOOD AS A PERSON ENJOYING YOUR NIGHT HAVING A DECENT CHANCE AT WINNING FOR YOUR MONEYS WORTH DONT... I REPEAT... DONT GO HERE. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE COULDVE BEEN PUT IN THIS DOTHAN CITY.... AND THE PEOPLE TAKING YA MONEY I HEARD SOME MEN TALKING ABOUT SHOOTING. THATS HOW YOU KNOW ITS ON THE WAY TO CLOSURE... HOPE NOBODYS HURT WHEN IT HAPPENS... AND SECURITY FAST ENOUGH TO CATCH PEOPLE BRAKING IN CARS CAUSE THEY JUST GOT CHEATED OUT THEY MONEY... JUS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... I WROTE THIS POST CAUSE THE WAY IVE BEEN DONE IN THESE 3 OR 4 YRS IS ENOUGH TO MAKE A BLK DISABLED MAN CRASH OUT ON THEM NO GOOD PEOPLE AT THE CROSSING... BUT IN THE END ILL JUS SAY WHAT I SAID HOPING IT HELP KEEP PEOPLE FROM GOIN THROUGH WHAT I BEEN THROUGH and... ThEN DEY TOLD MY WIFE ON HER REVIEW THEY LOVE ME THERE. YALL WOULD NEVA BREAK MY POCKETS CAUSE I GOT AND GET CHECKS BUT TO KNOW YALL PERSONAL LIKE THAT FROM BEHIND A DESK IS CRAZY... BUT I WONT BE GIVING ANOTHER DOLLAR TO YOU RACIST PEOPLE... AND TELL KEN KLINE TO GET OFF POF WITH DAT METHED UP GIRL AND ANSWER THEM COMPLAINTS OF THE CUSTOMERS AT THAT BUSINESS WITH NO OTHER MEANS OF COMMUNICATION. HOW ARE THEY ABLE TO STAY OPEN LIKE THAT... ALABAMA SECRET SOCIETY. WTVY IS WHO WE ARE AIMING TO FURTHER INVESTIGATE... BE...

Visit there often. It is a place locally to play slot machines but it is a good boy different than all other casinos I have been to. The differences are mostly due to our local government being opposed to gambling. So as they battle it through the courts, this is what we get. Other than the differences mentioned above there are a few issues I would like to mention.

During one visit I needed to use a phone as I had lost mine. There is NO PHONE that is convenient for patrons to use and no pay phone (inside or out) anywhere on the grounds.

In fact, It took thirty-four (34) minutes from the time I asked the first employee to use the phone until I was actually dialing a number. If this had been an EMERGENCY .. WHO KNOWS..

It took that long because... after asking four (4) different employees with varying jobs to use a phone, I was finally directed to the security guard to use his personal cell phone. So after waiting eight (8) minutes for the security guard to complete the call he was on, I asked him and was finally able to make a call.

During another visit I was gambling and it had gotten to be about 3:15 am. I was getting tired and betan searching for a cup of coffee. There was NO WAY to get a cup of coffee at that time. Their cafe didn't have an employee working again for a few more hours. Their only suggestion was a canned soda from a machine.

I was so angry. I had spent in excess of $500 in the hours I had been there.

NOW TO GET A CUP OF COFFEE I HAD TO LEAVE HERE AND TRAVEL 3-4 MILES TO THE NEAREST GAS...
