There are a wide variety of trails, both paved and natural terrain, that vary in experience level. Every trailhead is marked with a convenient sign that shows a map and specifies the hiking skill level required. I've been on many different trails and have loved all of them! Please be advised that the natural terrain trails do have local wildlife. This includes mice, snakes, deer, vultures, owls, and hawks to name a few. I would carry insect repellent to deter mosquitoes and ticks for the deeper trails. Make sure to carry plenty of drinking water in the summertime! Happy Hiking!

I really liked the variety at this complex. There are several rec areas, both paved and unpaved trails and trails of varying lengths so definitely something for everyone. Dog and kid friendly as well. Most of the complex has good signage and marking. For a good hike, I liked the Rockpile trail though there was a whole section that was umarked and difficult to sort before and after the old wall part (you walk along the top of the wall).

Very beautiful, my friends go here all the time and bring back stories about how the nature is everywhere. I've been going here for almost 3 months and I cant get enough of the fresh air. I love this place it's got everything from a river view to a barbecue sitting area, a playground, friendly people, and many trails which can lead you somewhere amazing, I recommend this place for family bonding.

I love coming here to walk/jog/run. In the early mornings it is quiet and not very busy. Sometimes you can see deer and other wildlife roaming around. That adds to the pleasantries for me.

Some of the paths are wide enough for runners/cyclists to easily and safely pass slower users and they all seem to be reasonably maintained. I give 4 stars because I don't use the public restrooms and some people throw their trash on the ground.

There aren't very many green spaces left to enjoy in this world. Please don't throw your trash down. Also, if you see any trash, please pick it up. I do it every time I'm there. There are quite a number of garbage cans provided by TVA throughout the reservation. Please use them. This land is not public and it is a privilege to be allowed access to it for us to enjoy. Please don't be disrespectful. Help keep the area clean so we all, animals and humans alike, can enjoy it for...

I absolutely LOVE this area! So much to see and do. I love visiting the Wilson Dam Waterfall. The last time we went we saw pelicans fishing and flying around the dam. It was an incredible sight. I never saw pelicans in the wild and it was a fascinating experience. Every time we go to Muscle Shoals we stop at the dam. If you are in the area it's a must see . The waterfall is fabulous as well. Great place to take children and elderly to see a waterfall. The trail leading to the waterfall is all paved and a very short...
