You'll take a long drive down a paved road, and then you'll take a long drive down a very unpaved road. When you get to the end of the road you'll have a true Alaskan experience. In visiting from Indiana and am amazed at everything! This was a great quick visit from Kenai. The kids lived throwing Rick's into the water, and my son-in-law was daydreaming his next fishing trip! I like that "Kids Don't Float" provides kids' safety vests at ask the boat ramps and docks.

Way over crowded. It was hard to find parking. There were fish remains all along the shore. It seemed like it could be a good place to camp and fish if you got there early enough and if you don't mind the fish remains. I would consider trying it again but not...
