Dale Hollow Lake — Attraction in Albany

Beautiful huge lake for families, sport fishing and scuba diving adventurers. Several marinas to select from including, Willow Grove Marina where you can rent a cabin on the lake, a pontoon or boat for your pleasure, wonderful store with delicious ice cream and plenty of what you need for your stay, gas up here and enjoy live music on select dates, restrooms on site and friendly staff can answer any question you have. Inquire about scuba diving here and be prepared to view the hidden town beneath the lake! ; Sunset Marina-park here and enjoy a day on the lake or rent a houseboat, pontoon or other options and stay to play. Sunset has onsite parking and day use facilities, picnic tables, playground for the littles, restrooms, beach swimming area, campsites and covered areas for larger groups that may require reservations. Parking is $5 for the day. This marina has a dock with a restaurant and ice cream as well as a turtle habitat where you can view them and some huge carp too. Sunset also has great fuel prices so swing in to gas up here. East Port Boat Dock is off the beaten path a bit but does have cabin rentals, houseboat, pontoon and smaller craft rentals. You can purchase fuel, ice, bait and several items in the floating store. Star point marina has a dock, small store, fuel and camping sites but is fairly small and no restaurant here. Had a great time camping 🏕 and we took our Kayak’s out and stayed on the water, they also have a very nice area for the kiddos to play & the playground was up to date & nice. And there pool was nice & clean, they have a handicapped accessible lift to the water for the special need’s people. They will allow you floats if you ask. Dale Hollow Lake is the best Lake in Middle Tennessee and Kentucky. Holly Creek Marina is a nice place to visit. We always put our boat in at Holly Creek and have no issues.
