I come out here almost daily with my housemate to walk the dog and ourselves. There's a stunning variety of pathways, from fully paved roads, to crushed gravel, fields and grass ways, wooden walkways, bridges, dirt and moss paths. Really a little bit of every kind of walk you could want.

The maintenance out here is top notch. We see workers from time to time, and they're always friendly and respectful of social distancing.

I've not gone fishing in the lake, but I see folk there regularly and they seem to be having a nice time. The docks and new crushed gravel paths around the lake look fantastic.

Recently they've begun to install a series of ADA benches along one of the main pathways to the lake, and I'm thrilled to see it. Accessibility is important! Between this and an accessible hunting blind I found, it's nice to see the efforts being made.

I'd highly recommend it here! Bring your dog, just be aware there's some berry...

Great place to hunt pheasants, but that's it. No other wildlife and they keep destroying the best habitat for birds. Poor water management has left the ponds dry so there are no ducks or geese during season, and the majority of all the latest funding has gone to building an archery range two years in a row. Archery! At a shotgun bird hunting refuge! And they leave the shotgun range dilapidated and cruddy even though a majority of their funding comes from duck stamps, pheasant youth hunts and pheasant tags! What the hell. With no cover for pheasants, you literally have to hoof through the worst terrain that can easily wear you and your dog down, let alone get a sprang ankle. Truly a let down in quality wildlife management and...

Been hunting several times and it's a great location. Last time I went in mid January there was a sign stating there were catalytic converter thefts in the lot while people were hunting. Really dumb that the sheriff or ODFW doesn't do anything- seeing as they are .5 miles down the road. Itd be an easy fix like setting up a sting or trail cams. Wont be making that trip anymore and that means no more of my money going to businesses around there and the county as a whole since the sheriff's wont patrol somewhere there is obviously an issue. Pretty dumb considering I've hunted for 10+ years and this is what hunters need to worry about while...
