Great park for you to let the dog run, one other person walked up with his aggressive mutt, but I carry a Kimber micro 1911 & Bear 🐻 mace for those incidents where some lazy dog owners who claim their dog is "Usually friendly". I would never shoot a dog unless lawfully necessary & last resort. But I'm not going to take them at their "word" anymore. I often go to timberlinn dog park and I see horrible owners on a regular basis, one lady brings 2 Bull Mastiffs that are aggressive and loud & she cusses them and drags them into the small dog pen & she sits in the car on Facebook. Some people have no business owning dogs. No bad dog, just bad owners.

I love this park because of the combination of solid facilities for parties (about 20 picnic tables) and the large open space. Instead of having a party at my house, I can head out to this park during the summer and use the facilities and have access to space for many people.
