Steak time. Roast time. Stews, hamburgers, soups and dog bones! Thank you Jess Ropp and family😀. We have been lucky and happy to say that Jess has supplied us with our grass fed beef for at least 6 years. We had London Broil tonight. The meat has always been flavorful, the cuts have been great. The butcher he uses has been very helpful with our orders, though by now we are pretty set. We have no reservations about recommending Ropp Family Farm for your locker beef, especially as he has -guaranteed that we are on his list every year. My wife loves the fact that she can eat the hamburger raw, just a little with some salt before she makes hamburgers, or meatloaf or whatever.
