Fountain Lake — Attraction in Albert Lea

Nice lake. usually.. sometimes (if not a lot) there are too many boaters now, rather i'd say, "not enough parking/launching" room. If you like to take it easy getting ready/launching, etc.. double checking things (like i do), sometimes someone will be right behind you.. waiting/stamping their feet. eh. Great lake though, when you can use it.. once youre out there. MN in general wish would approve better fishing/boating access.. it IS the "land of 10,000 lakes" after all. :) would give it 4 stars, but 3 should...

A good lake to fish or hang around. It would get more stars, but they are allowing to many boat docks now. Which is starting to cut shore anglers access...

Moved to area right before fishing opener with great results on catching walleye, northern and crappies. Look forward to ice fishing...
